He oversees the group from East Africa. Prior to Maris, Charlie developed a successful portfolio of venture businesses in Afghanistan and East Africa.
Andrew Fimister has a board position at Equatoria Teak Company. He co-founded Maris in 2008 and is Director of Operations. Andrew lived in Maputo for eight years, generating deals for Maris and overseeing a number of Maris investments in Mozambique, Angola, Tanzania, Rwanda and Zimbabwe. He is now based in Nairobi.

Pascal Bandindi Uru Ndura has been an MP since 2005. Pascal has numerous awards including a diplomas from St Thomas in Masaka and Khartoum Polytechnic Institute, a B.Sc from the University of Alexandria, a Post Graduate Diploma from the Pan-African Institute for Development, Cameroon, and a Post-Graduate Certificate from Arthur D. Little Education Management Institute, USA. Pascal has held posts including Technical Agronomist Research Officer at Sudan’s Agricultural Research Corporation, Senior Budget and Planning Officer at Juba Ministry of Agriculture, Assistant Commissioner/Provincial Agriculture Director Western Equatoria Province, 1st Deputy Director of Agricultural Planning at Juba Ministry of Agriculture, SPLM/A Secretary of Agriculture, Humanitarian Secretary in Yambio-Tambura area, and Secretary General of the National Economic Commission Yambio-Tambura area.
